Role & Responsibilities

  • Produce weekly and monthly performance reports (sales, stock, sell-through) by region and product category and distribute findings to relevant stakeholders.
  • Support merchandisers in sales optimisation initiatives including stock replenishment, inter-store transfers and assortment adjustments.
  • Contribute to product launch activities: Go-to-Market planning, launch calendar maintenance and internal communications (newsletters, briefs).
  • Prepare pre- and post-showroom analyses and coordinate purchasing tools for regional merchandisers.
  • Consolidate end-of-season regional product feedback and deliver ad hoc qualitative and quantitative studies, including competitor analysis.
  • Assist in selection and presentation of retail assortments to regional teams and support cross-functional coordination (Supply Chain, E‑commerce, Visual Merchandising).

Qualifications

  • Mandatory internship agreement (convention de stage) as part of a state-recognised diploma curriculum.
  • Availability for a 6-month full‑time internship starting July 2026, on site at Givenchy HQ (Paris 8, Alma-Marceau).
  • Strong product sensitivity and demonstrable interest in luxury fashion and merchandising.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfort handling quantitative datasets.
  • Excellent command of English (business level); strong interpersonal and communication skills.
