Role & Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update weekly and monthly sales reporting for the EMEA retail network; develop ad hoc analyses to support commercial decision‑making.
  • Prepare and distribute the Weekly Merch News to regional stakeholders and ensure consistent, actionable communication.
  • Support end‑to‑end product launches: monitor collection shipments against implantation calendars, develop launch tools and collateral, and assist in training session preparation and delivery.
  • Prepare merchandising and store‑animation materials (product focus, in‑store challenges, Mix & Match recommendations) to drive sell‑through.
  • Respond to boutique requests across EMEA relating to stock, collection queries and operational needs; coordinate stock rebalancing aligned with EMEA retail strategy.
  • Support Retail Merchandisers in buying sessions by preparing pre‑read analyses and presentation materials and participating in collection buying strategy.
  • Conduct competitive visits and trend monitoring to inform assortment, merchandising and commercial initiatives; perform frequent in‑store visits across the retail network.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in a recognized business school or equivalent university programme (convention de stage required).
  • Availability for a 6‑month full‑time internship (start July 2026) based at Givenchy’s Paris head office (Alma‑Marceau, 8th arrondissement).
  • Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and solid skills in PowerPoint for analysis and presentation.
  • Strong numerical and analytical aptitude, with rigorous attention to data accuracy and organisation.
  • Interest in luxury and fashion, curiosity for trends, autonomy, initiative and excellent interpersonal skills.
