Givenchy seeks a Retail Merchandiser Junior Europe (CDD) in Paris to support European retail strategy and inventory optimization.
Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct weekly quantitative and qualitative performance analysis across retail channels
- Ensure product availability and replenishment in boutiques according to launch calendars and seasonal strategies
- Develop competitive intelligence studies to monitor market developments, product launches, and pricing dynamics
- Escalate product adjustment requests to central teams regarding assortments, exclusivities, and pricing alignment
- Refine distribution strategies and sales forecasting for core product lines in collaboration with Business Planning and Supply Chain teams
- Process cluster and boutique-level purchase orders while maintaining target KPIs for average depth and SKU counts
- Validate sizing strategy with Supply Chain in accordance with market demand, product fit, and customer pre-orders
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar retail merchandising or planning role
- Demonstrated analytical capability with strong quantitative skills
- Proven product sensitivity and genuine interest in fashion
- Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel
