Givenchy seeks Retail Analysis Intern in Paris to support EMEA performance monitoring and strategic retail initiatives across Europe.
Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor, analyze, and present retail network performance across Europe (France, UK, Italy) with data-driven insights
- Analyze commercial performance of boutiques, including KPIs and retail team performance indicators
- Support Store Managers across each country in performance analysis and identifying levers for growth
- Contribute to developing and implementing action plans to optimize operational and commercial boutique efficiency
- Assist in boutique budget preparation and budget revisions in collaboration with Finance teams and EMEA leadership
- Implement, update, and enhance performance monitoring tools and dashboards for retail activity
- Conduct ad hoc analyses to support retail performance decision-making and strategic piloting
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a business school, university, or equivalent program
- Strong affinity for retail analytics and data-driven environments
- Excellent synthesis and analytical rigor
- Proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented mindset
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across functions
- Effective time management and organizational capabilities
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
- Comfortable with numerical data and data analysis

Experience
Beginner level preferred. Prior experience as a Business Analyst intern would be advantageous.
