Role & Responsibilities
- Own the commercial performance, culture and reputation of the North America retail network, balancing local entrepreneurship with brand coherence.
- Lead, develop and inspire Store Managers and City Managers through coaching, talent development, succession planning and delegation of ownership.
- Drive client culture and clienteling as the primary engine of sustainable growth; personally engage with key clients, partners and local communities.
- Set clear performance outcomes and accountability frameworks; use retail KPIs and data to coach improvement and inform strategic decisions.
- Safeguard brand experience and global guidelines across all stores while prioritizing long‑term client and people equity.
- Identify patterns, opportunities and risks across the market and act early to secure long‑term commercial success.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
- Minimum 10 years of progressively responsible luxury retail management experience, including P&L responsibility.
- Proven multi‑store or city network leadership with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Demonstrable experience in leadership development, coaching and building succession pipelines.
- Ability to travel domestically ~35% and internationally up to four short trips per year.

At least 10 years of progressive luxury retail management experience with demonstrable P&L ownership and multi‑store leadership; proven ability to build and motivate sales teams and to translate commercial insight into sustained network performance.
