Role & Responsibilities
- Take full accountability for retail or commercial network performance, culture, and reputation across the region
- Select, develop, and inspire high-calibre Store Managers and City Managers, building a community of trusted, supported leaders
- Create a leadership environment where managers feel heard, valued, and encouraged to think and act like entrepreneurs
- Champion client relationships as the core driver of sustainable business, ensuring clienteling is embedded as a mindset across all stores
- Drive sustainable commercial performance while maintaining brand integrity, using performance data to coach insight and improvement
- Identify patterns, opportunities, and risks across the network and act early to ensure long-term commercial success
- Protect brand experience consistency across the network, ensuring alignment with global guidelines and local market adaptation
- Personally engage with key clients, partners, and communities to cement brand presence within local markets
- Invest deeply in coaching, mentoring, and succession planning for direct reports
- Balance short-term commercial results with long-term client and people equity
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- Minimum 10 years of progressively responsible luxury retail management experience with P&L accountability
- Multi-store management experience with demonstrated sales goal achievement
- Proven track record as a sales leader with ability to build and motivate high-performing sales teams
- Advanced coaching and talent development capability
- Experience building leadership pipelines and succession plans
- Strong understanding of retail KPIs and multi-store economics
- High levels of personal accountability, integrity, emotional intelligence, and self-awareness

Minimum 10 years of progressively responsible luxury retail management experience with demonstrated P&L accountability, multi-store leadership, and a consistent track record of achieving sales goals across premium or luxury retail environments.
Education
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required.
