Role & Responsibilities
- Own the commercial performance, culture and reputation of the North American retail network, acting as the enterprise leader for the market.
- Set clear outcomes and performance expectations for Store/City Managers while protecting local autonomy and entrepreneurial decision-making.
- Select, develop and mentor Store Managers and City Managers; design succession plans and build a community of leaders through coaching and stretch opportunities.
- Drive sustainable sales and profitability across multiple locations through P&L oversight, KPI monitoring and targeted strategic initiatives.
- Embed and champion clienteling as the primary growth lever; personally engage with key clients, partners and local communities to strengthen brand affinity.
- Ensure consistent implementation of brand guidelines and the protection of the customer experience across the network.
- Identify patterns, opportunities and risks across stores and act proactively to secure long-term commercial success.
- Foster cross-store collaboration, best-practice sharing and a high-performance leadership culture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
- Minimum 10 years of progressively responsible luxury retail management experience with P&L accountability.
- Proven multi-store or city network leadership with a record of achieving sales targets.
- Demonstrated experience in leadership development, coaching and succession planning.
- Strong commercial and strategic acumen with the ability to translate data into actionable plans.
- Flexibility to travel domestically ~35% and internationally on occasion; ability to be available across time zones as required.

Experience
At least 10 years of progressive luxury retail management experience with demonstrated P&L ownership, multi-store leadership and a proven track record of driving sales and building leadership pipelines.
Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
