Givenchy Paris apprenticeship: Quality & Care Coordination Assistant (F/M), 12+ months, hybrid work, Sept 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Receive and process stock and client complaints from partner retailers across all product categories, including demand entry, quality diagnostics, and service proposals
- Escalate quality information from regional teams to headquarters Quality teams for analysis and corrective action planning
- Ensure proper system functionality and application management, reporting any technical issues or bugs encountered
- Coordinate dispute resolution with the Wholesale EMEA Commercial team and regional stakeholders
- Monitor repair and return processes to maintain service level standards through regular coordination with Italian production facilities, central warehouses, workshops, and external service providers
- Validate quality returns at the central warehouse
- Manage spare parts procurement from partner suppliers and ensure adequate inventory levels
- Track spare parts production orders to maintain optimal service delivery
- Update and communicate activity indicators and KPIs to internal teams
- Support development of improvement projects aimed at enhancing tools and procedures
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a BTS, IUT, or equivalent business or technical degree programme
- Fluent in English (mandatory)
- Italian language proficiency (preferred)
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proactive mindset with initiative-taking orientation
Skills
Experience
Entry-level; no prior professional experience required. Academic coursework or internship exposure to quality management, logistics, or customer service is advantageous.
Education
Baccalauréat + 2 years (BTS, IUT, or equivalent business school programme)
