Givenchy apprenticeship: Quality & Care Coordination Assistant in Paris, hybrid work, minimum 12 months from September 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Receive and process customer and inventory complaints from wholesale partners across all product categories, performing initial diagnosis and service recommendations
- Escalate regional quality information to headquarters teams for analysis and corrective action planning
- Ensure proper functioning of quality management applications and report technical issues to IT support
- Coordinate dispute resolution with the wholesale commercial team across EMEA and regional offices
- Monitor repair service levels through regular coordination with Italian production facilities, central warehouses, and approved service providers
- Validate quality returns at the central distribution center
- Manage spare parts procurement and supplier relationships
- Track spare parts production orders to maintain service level commitments
- Update and communicate activity indicators and KPIs to internal teams
- Support development of process and tool improvement projects
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in BTS, IUT, Business School, or equivalent program
- Fluent English (mandatory)
- Italian language proficiency (preferred)
- Strong organizational and planning capabilities
- Initiative-driven with proactive problem-solving mindset
- Excellent attention to detail and quality standards
- Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills

Experience
Entry-level; no prior professional experience required. Academic studies in business, supply chain, or quality management preferred.
Education
Currently pursuing or recently completed BTS (Technician's Diploma), IUT (University Institute of Technology), Business School degree, or equivalent post-secondary qualification.
