Givenchy apprenticeship: Production Assistant for Womenswear Ready-to-Wear in Paris. One-year programme starting October 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist the Production team with daily operations including order management, scheduling, receiving coordination, and analytical support
- Manage composition labels, barcodes, and customs codes
- Forecast, analyze requirements, and track packaging orders
- Administer and monitor CITES certificates for protected materials
- Track and oversee embroidery production and quality
- Reserve and coordinate quality control inspections for finished products
- Serve as the liaison between Production and Customer Service departments for requests and inquiries
- Create, update, and maintain procedural documentation
- Monitor, track, and oversee invoice verification and re-invoicing processes
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an engineering school, business school, fashion school, or equivalent university programme
- Fluent in English
- Italian language skills preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Comfortable navigating multiple software platforms and digital tools
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
