Givenchy (Paris 8th) seeks a Production Assistant — Women's Ready-to-Wear (Apprenticeship). 1-year contract starting Oct 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Production team with daily operational tasks: order processing, production planning, receipt tracking and basic analyses.
- Manage composition labels, barcodes and customs (HS) codes for finished goods.
- Forecast packaging needs, place and follow up packaging orders.
- Administer CITES attestations and related documentation.
- Coordinate and track embroidery operations and approvals.
- Book and monitor quality-control inspections for finished products.
- Act as interface with Customer Service to address ad hoc requests and escalations.
- Create and update procedural documents and internal working instructions.
- Reconcile and control invoices and re‑billing between internal teams and suppliers.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from an engineering, business or fashion school, or equivalent university programme.
- Strong organizational skills, autonomy, rigor and a collaborative team spirit.
- Demonstrated sensitivity to fashion and product details.
- Fluent in English; Italian is a plus.
- Proficient with Excel and PowerPoint; comfortable navigating multiple IT tools.

Experience
Entry-level / beginner: role suited to students in apprenticeship or recent graduates. Prior internships in production, sourcing or quality control within fashion are advantageous but not mandatory.
Education
Enrollment in or completion of an engineering, business or fashion school programme, or equivalent university degree.
