Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Production team on daily operations: purchase orders, production scheduling, monitoring deliveries and performing basic analyses and reporting.
  • Manage composition labels, barcodes and customs/tariff codes to ensure regulatory and retail compliance.
  • Forecast packaging needs, place and follow up packaging orders.
  • Handle CITES attestations for regulated materials and maintain associated documentation.
  • Coordinate and track embroidery production and vendor deliverables.
  • Book and follow up finished-goods quality inspections with external laboratories and internal QA.
  • Act as interface with Customer Service for ad hoc product and delivery inquiries.
  • Create, maintain and update procedural documents and production manuals.
  • Control and follow up invoices, billing reconciliations and refacturation processes.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in an engineering, business or fashion school, or an equivalent university programme.
  • Demonstrated sensitivity to fashion and product detail; strong interest in ready-to-wear production.
  • Autonomous, rigorous, highly organised and comfortable working in a team.
  • Proactive, responsive and able to manage competing priorities under deadlines.
  • English required; Italian is a plus.
  • Comfortable using Excel and Power Point.
  • Available for a one-year apprenticeship beginning October 2026; able to work on-site in Paris 8ème and indicate preferred alternance rhythm in the application.
