Role & Responsibilities
- Support product development follow-up: update collection plans and specification sheets (nomenclature).
- Maintain and update the PLM system with product information and model creation.
- Coordinate manufacturing follow-up: liaise with suppliers and ateliers for orders, follow-ups and deliveries.
- Receive and inspect prototypes; participate in fittings and verify measurements, trims and accessories.
- Interface with internal teams involved in development (studios, material sourcing, industrialization/quality, merchandising, production, ateliers).
- Organise operational logistics for the collection: shipment of samples and materials between suppliers and Givenchy.
- Assist material development and purchasing according to product categories.
- Track product launch schedules and monitor the collection budget.
- Contribute to the operational organisation of fashion shows and manage administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications
- Enrolment in a recognised business school, university programme or fashion school (mandatory internship agreement required).
- Strong organisational skills, rigor, responsiveness and versatility with a pronounced product sensibility.
- Proficiency in English; basic Italian is an asset.
- Proven proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with PLM systems is advantageous.
- Previous internship or work-study experience in product development within a fashion house is appreciated.
- Availability for a six-month full-time internship starting July 2026, based at Givenchy's Paris headquarters (Alma-Marceau).
