Givenchy internship: Product Development Assistant in Paris, supporting women's ready-to-wear collection development.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support collection development planning, including nomenclature documentation and embroidery tracking
  • Monitor manufacturing progress, manage supplier and subcontractor follow-ups, and coordinate material purchases
  • Update product launch tracking and product information in the PLM system
  • Coordinate with Materials and Supplies Purchasing teams to arrange shipments to manufacturers
  • Organize operational logistics for the collection, including pieces and accessories movement between factories and Givenchy facilities
  • Receive, inspect, and document prototypes and sample submissions
  • Participate in collection fittings and production verification sessions to ensure measurements and accessories meet specifications
  • Support show organization and event logistics
  • Execute administrative and logistical tasks as assigned

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Fashion School, Textile School, or School of Commerce program, or equivalent qualification
  • Prior internship or apprenticeship experience in product development at a fashion house is valued
  • Fluent English (mandatory)
  • Intermediate Italian language skills (preferred)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
