Givenchy Paris: Product and Project Manager (IT E-commerce and Systems) leading SFCC, Shopify, and Farfetch integrations on a hybrid full-time basis.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage the development pipeline, feature releases, and technical optimization of global web platforms (SFCC) and regional or brand-activation hubs (Shopify)
- Oversee technical delivery and maintenance of API integrations, inventory synchronization, and order management flows supporting global concessions on Farfetch
- Own the roadmap and integrations for Product Information Management (PIM) and Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems, ensuring seamless flow of enriched data and visual assets to all e-commerce endpoints
- Lead sprint planning, define user stories, groom backlogs, conduct daily stand-ups, and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure smooth release cycles
- Translate commercial objectives and digital strategy into technical specifications and development roadmaps in partnership with Digital Content, Visual Merchandising, and Retail Operations teams
- Collaborate with system integrators, development agencies, platform vendors (Salesforce, Shopify), and LVMH Group IT to ensure deliverables meet security, scalability, and quality standards
- Identify technical dependencies, mitigate project bottlenecks, and allocate development resources to prevent delays and optimize delivery timelines
- Monitor system uptime, API health, data-synchronization accuracy, and technical debt across the entire e-commerce technology stack
- Implement improved workflows and governance frameworks to increase development speed, platform scalability, and security compliance
- Partner with merchandising and digital content teams to guarantee that product catalogs, media assets, and regional pricing synchronize seamlessly through PIM and DAM to front-end platforms
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in product management or project management roles within an e-commerce or IT e-commerce environment
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English
- Advanced knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Shopify)
- Experience with API integrations, PIM/DAM systems, and multi-tenant architecture
- Proven track record in agile project delivery and cross-functional team leadership
