Givenchy (LVMH) seeks Procurement Specialist for ready-to-wear raw materials sourcing in Paris. CDI, on-site role based at Alma Marceau.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary point of contact for suppliers of components and packaging materials (linings, zippers, buttons, trimmings, and related notions), including MOQ negotiation, pricing, lead times, and RSE compliance requirements
  • Generate and maintain production purchase orders, manage tracking spreadsheets, monitor shipments, and verify invoicing accuracy
  • Update product lifecycle management (PLM) systems and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems with purchase and material data
  • Inspect and validate production samples for quality and compliance before shipment to ensure adherence to specifications
  • Address production challenges including quality issues and supplier–manufacturer disputes
  • Coordinate transmission of documentation and samples to quality testing departments
  • Oversee uniform production management and related procurement activities
  • Serve as liaison between procurement and warehouse teams to monitor material receipts and shipments, including textiles and components
  • Coordinate pre-production sample (PPS) material dispatching from warehouse inventory
  • Process refacturation requests when necessary
  • Conduct seasonal analysis of material surplus (rachat) and develop recommendations for surplus recovery
  • Analyze delivery lead times by material type and identify optimization opportunities
  • Develop and document procurement procedures and process improvements

Qualifications

  • Educational background in business school, engineering school, or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a comparable procurement, sourcing, or production buying role
  • Fluent English (spoken and written)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Experience with SAP systems
  • Italian language proficiency (preferred)
