Role & Responsibilities

  • Produce and distribute the daily France and International press reviews (revue de presse).
  • Perform daily media monitoring for France and Europe, capturing coverage by product, collection launches and editorial highlights.
  • Coordinate international press review collection via email with regional teams, external agencies and subsidiaries.
  • Prepare and send the weekly 'Highlight' press review to the company every Friday (France & International).
  • Maintain and update Givenchy's press review network, classifying clippings by product, collection, artistic direction, haute couture and special projects.
  • Prepare and send runway/show press reviews to Givenchy artistic leadership, executive office and LVMH stakeholders.
  • Create the monthly VIP press review and manage magazine archiving every six months (integration into archive database).
  • Prepare magazine mailings and update PR monitoring tools and databases.
  • Support press-related logistics for show preparation in Paris.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in a Business, Fashion or Communications school (Bachelor's or Master's level) and eligible for a French alternance contract.
  • Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
  • Strong organisational skills, autonomy, maturity and attention to detail.
  • Service-oriented, responsive and able to propose process improvements.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ideally one prior internship or work‑study experience within a fashion press or communications department.
