Givenchy — Press Assistant internship in Paris (8th). 6‑month internship starting July 2026; requires convention de stage, French and English fluency.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support Press Attachés with daily press office operations, including handling shipping and returns for shopping requests.
- Manage press relations for France and smaller European markets directly and liaise with journalists, stylists and international press offices.
- Coordinate with external PR agencies and Givenchy offices across New York, London, Milan, Dubai and Asia.
- Assist in the organisation and follow‑up of Menswear and Womenswear Ready‑to‑Wear shows and related logistics.
- Manage showroom collection setup and inventory for press viewings.
- Contribute to the production and assembly of the press review (revue de presse).
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a recognized degree program in Business, Fashion, Communications or equivalent.
- Mandatory internship agreement (convention de stage) issued by the educational institution.
- Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
- First experience in a press office or PR agency is appreciated.
- Proactive, organised, responsive and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, event‑driven environment.
- Familiarity with the FGPS platform is appreciated.
