Givenchy seeks a Personal Assistant in London to provide confidential support to senior management. Full-time, permanent role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide high-level personal assistance with discretion, efficiency, and meticulous attention to detail
- Manage personal correspondence, including email management, drafting letters, and liaising with external contacts in a polished manner
- Oversee complex and ever-changing calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and engagements with accuracy
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, ground transportation, and itinerary preparation
- Support day-to-day personal and family administration with sensitivity and discretion
- Maintain accurate and highly organised records, filing systems, and important personal documentation
- Anticipate practical needs for the Principal and family, taking ownership of tasks to reduce day-to-day pressure
- Ensure all follow-ups, deadlines, and commitments are tracked and managed effectively
- Provide flexible support outside standard working hours when required
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar high-trust support role
- Exceptional organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent command of English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management systems
- Ability to handle sensitive personal information with complete discretion
- Strong academic background in English, ideally at A-Level or degree level

Experience
Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar high-trust support role, preferably supporting senior executives or within a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
Education
Strong academic background in English, including English at A-Level or equivalent degree-level qualification is advantageous.
