Givenchy Operations Supervisor position at Los Angeles Rodeo Drive flagship boutique. $30–$32/hr, full-time, permanent role managing inventory and omnichannel operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain inventory in an efficient, clean, secure, and organized fashion
- Support sales staff by retrieving merchandise from stock when needed for the sales floor
- Anticipate merchandise maintenance requirements and provide proactive solutions to space and storage challenges
- Ensure all merchandise is properly ticketed and catalogued
- Support visual merchandising and operations with the movement and storage of fixtures, furniture, merchandise, and display props
- Oversee facility and fixture maintenance, coordinate cleaning schedules, and arrange repairs as required
- Participate in timely preparation and completion of inventory counts and cycle counts
- Maintain active involvement in the inventory reconciliation process
- Manage and process inter-store transfers, stock rotations, and incoming and outgoing shipments in accordance with company policies
- Complete all paperwork and procedures related to inventory maintenance, including damage reports and returns to vendor
- Ensure the highest standards when packaging client merchandise for delivery
- Lead all aspects of the client delivery process, including troubleshooting missing or delayed deliveries
- Document all deliveries, track merchandise, and locate items when necessary
- Assist other departments and the sales floor as requested by the Store Manager or Director
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of retail experience with a focus on stock or inventory management, preferably within a luxury setting
- Proficiency with computer systems and ability to learn various software packages
- Fluency in multiple languages is advantageous
- Action-oriented and results-driven mindset
- Customer service-focused approach
- Strong problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Skills
Experience
5 or more years in a retail setting with demonstrated expertise in stock and inventory management, ideally within the luxury goods sector. Practical experience with omnichannel retail operations and facility management is highly valued.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; further retail management or supply chain certification is advantageous but not required.
