Givenchy internship: 6-month merchandising intern role in Paris supporting women's ready-to-wear collection management and analysis.
Role & Responsibilities
- Participate in collection planning and development
- Track design sketches, PLM codification, and product information coordination with design and product development teams
- Assist in creating showroom sales tools including modelario, fabric mood boards, and creative briefs
- Coordinate and manage sample releases for press, VIP, and retail purposes
- Support creation of e-commerce product descriptions
- Contribute to quantitative and qualitative analysis of post-showroom performance including sell-in analysis, best-seller identification, KPIs, and customer feedback
- Conduct competitive intelligence gathering on products, pricing, communication strategies, and distribution channels
Qualifications
- Training from business school, specialized Master's in Fashion, or equivalent educational background
- Strong product and fashion sensibility
- Prior internship experience in luxury and fashion preferred
- Fluent English proficiency (essential)
- Proficiency in Excel including pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions
- Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative spirit
- Excellent organizational abilities and flexibility
- Dynamic and proactive professional attitude
