Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct competitive intelligence on products, pricing, communication and distribution to inform collection strategy.
- Support the preparation of collection plans and logistical organisation for development and showroom meetings.
- Coordinate with designers to track sketches and product information throughout development.
- Assist with collection codification and creation of showroom sales tools (sales books, briefs, etc.).
- Manage prototypes from receipt through showroom period: inventory, photography, corrective actions and documentation.
- Maintain sketches and catalogue information during development and showroom phases.
- Produce product information documents for Training and e-commerce teams.
- Monitor weekly performance: detailed sell-out retail tracking and prepare ad‑hoc sales analyses.
- Contribute to post-showroom reporting, including sell-in analysis, best-seller identification, KPI reviews and qualitative/quantitative showroom summaries.
Qualifications
- Enrolment in a recognised business school or a specialised Master’s program in Fashion or equivalent.
- Strong product sensibility and passion for fashion, particularly menswear.
- Fluent spoken and written English is essential.
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables — TCD, RECHERCHEV/VLOOKUP) and solid command of the Microsoft Office suite.
- Good interpersonal skills, strong team spirit, organisation, adaptability and initiative.
- Prior internship experience in luxury fashion or apparel merchandising is a plus.

Currently enrolled in a business school or Master’s program specialised in Fashion, Merchandising or an equivalent degree.
