Givenchy internship: 6-month Merchandising Assistant role for Jewelry and Eyewear in Paris 8, starting January 2027.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Conduct competitive intelligence on products, pricing, communication, and distribution channels
  • Assist in collection planning and logistical preparation for development meetings
  • Track design sketches and product information in coordination with designers
  • Support collection coding and creation of sales tools for showrooms, including sales books and briefs
  • Manage prototype inventory, photography, and corrections from reception through showroom closure
  • Maintain sketch and catalog information during development and showroom periods
  • Produce product information documents for training and e-commerce teams
  • Analyze weekly performance metrics, including detailed retail sell-out tracking and periodic analyses
  • Participate in post-showroom analysis development and final showroom reviews, covering both quantitative and qualitative collection results

Qualifications

  • Current enrollment in or recent graduation from a business school, specialized master's in fashion, or equivalent program
  • Demonstrated sensibility for women's accessories products and fashion trends
  • Prior internship experience in luxury and fashion is advantageous
  • Fluent English proficiency
  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and lookup functions
  • Comprehensive Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
  • Strong interpersonal and team collaboration abilities
  • Excellent organizational skills and adaptability
