Givenchy internship: 6-month Merchandising Assistant role for Jewelry and Eyewear in Paris 8, starting January 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct competitive intelligence on products, pricing, communication, and distribution channels
- Assist in collection planning and logistical preparation for development meetings
- Track design sketches and product information in coordination with designers
- Support collection coding and creation of sales tools for showrooms, including sales books and briefs
- Manage prototype inventory, photography, and corrections from reception through showroom closure
- Maintain sketch and catalog information during development and showroom periods
- Produce product information documents for training and e-commerce teams
- Analyze weekly performance metrics, including detailed retail sell-out tracking and periodic analyses
- Participate in post-showroom analysis development and final showroom reviews, covering both quantitative and qualitative collection results
Qualifications
- Current enrollment in or recent graduation from a business school, specialized master's in fashion, or equivalent program
- Demonstrated sensibility for women's accessories products and fashion trends
- Prior internship experience in luxury and fashion is advantageous
- Fluent English proficiency
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and lookup functions
- Comprehensive Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
- Strong interpersonal and team collaboration abilities
- Excellent organizational skills and adaptability
