Role & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with external manufacturers and internal departments on ready-to-wear materials and component quality issues.
- Create and maintain spreadsheets and databases covering laboratory tests, pressing tests, composition labelling, invoicing, regulatory documentation and PLM entries.
- Prepare and assemble samples for laboratory testing (cutting, referencing, sewing, material assembly) and coordinate purchase orders to dyehouses and test laboratories.
- Arrange and manage sample shipments (DHL, express carriers) and ensure correct documentation for international dispatches.
- Manage sampling dossiers for China and Japan: tracking logs, supplier follow-ups, receipt, preparation and onward shipping of samples.
- Produce care labelling and care-labelling matrices for specific markets including the USA, China, Japan and e-commerce channels.
- Proactively liaise with material and component suppliers to obtain technical specifications and documentation.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a fashion school or an equivalent university programme with a technical focus.
- Strong meticulousness, organisational discipline, initiative and the ability to work autonomously.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and experience entering data into PLM systems.
- Fluent English; Italian is an advantage.
- Availability for an apprenticeship beginning mid/late September 2026, for a duration of 1 or 2 years; based on-site in Paris (8th arrondissement).
