Givenchy — Logistics Assistant Intern in Paris 8. Six‑month full‑time internship in supply chain, transport, customs and sustainability (start July/Sept 2026).
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate international transport operations by air and sea, and manage national road and express shipments.
- Monitor transport KPIs, analyse performance data and present findings to stakeholders; participate in transport steering committees.
- Track warehouse inbound and outbound performance, manage operational anomalies and act as liaison between internal teams and external partners.
- Manage reverse logistics flows: organise collection movements with markets, follow international shipments and deliveries, and handle import customs clearances.
- Develop, update and maintain operational dashboards and dedicated performance indicators for transport and logistics activities.
- Support decarbonisation initiatives: identify opportunities to reduce logistics carbon footprint and create environmental performance metrics for internal reporting.
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects, including the deployment of the Givenchy Transport Management System (TMS) and redesign of performance tracking tools.
- Occasionally travel to the Sorigny logistics site for operational follow-up and project implementation.
Qualifications
- Enrolled student in an engineering school, business school or equivalent university programme; specialisation in Supply Chain or Logistics preferred.
- Internship agreement (convention de stage) mandatory.
- Available for a six-month, full‑time internship starting July or September 2026.
- Fluent English (spoken and written).
- Strong analytical rigour, autonomy and proactivity; effective interpersonal and communication skills.
- Comfortable with hybrid working arrangements and occasional travel to Sorigny (Indre‑et‑Loire).

Entry-level: suitable for students with little or no prior professional experience; this role is intended as a first operational internship within supply chain and logistics.
Education
Student currently enrolled in an engineering school, business school or university programme; Supply Chain or Logistics specialisation preferred.
