Givenchy LG Industrialization Specialist in Florence, Italy – luxury leather goods production management. EUR 50,000 annual salary.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Follow the complete industrialization phases of men's and women's leather goods products from conception through production
  • Monitor, validate, and archive Master files and technical documentation throughout the manufacturing process
  • Supervise industrialization operations at external suppliers, ensuring technical compliance and feasibility
  • Provide daily technical support to supplier partners during pre-industrialization and Master production phases
  • Input, review, and update PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) systems to track industrialization project progress
  • Collaborate closely with pattern-making, prototyping, and development departments from sampling through to technical support delivery
  • Coordinate with Quality and Production teams during Master validation and approval phases

Qualifications

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in industrialization or prototyping roles within luxury leather goods manufacturing
  • Technical mastery of industrialization phases and leather goods production processes
  • Proficiency in CAD software and ability to consult and read technical models
  • Familiarity with time and motion studies methodology (added value)
  • Fluent working proficiency in English; French language skills are a plus
  • Expertise in PLM software systems (added value)
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Education

High school diploma or bachelor's degree in a related technical or manufacturing field

Compensation

The base compensation for this position is EUR 50,000 per annum.
