Givenchy Paris: IT Project Assistant apprenticeship in Master Data, PIM/DAM support, PLM implementation. Hybrid role, Sept 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to end-users on key digital platforms including PIM Akeneo and DAM Bynder
- Monitor data flows and system performance to ensure integrity and efficiency of information feeding e-commerce platforms
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve user issues; escalate complex cases as required
- Actively participate in the implementation of new PLM modules (Centric) and assist the PLM manager in daily operations
- Contribute to projects improving product data flows across web platforms, partners, and internal supply chain ecosystems
- Support the deployment and testing of AI-driven tools for data quality control and validation
- Develop expert-level knowledge of PIM and DAM platforms
- Create and contribute to user training materials, documentation, and knowledge management resources
- Support internal communications teams in optimizing DAM adoption across the organization
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an engineering school (Bac+3 minimum to Bac+5) or equivalent qualification in IT, Project Management, Information Systems, or related field
- Fluent English (essential)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, particularly Teams
- Strong grasp of data flows and systems architecture concepts
- Demonstrated aptitude for learning software platforms rapidly
- Demonstrated interest in AI and emerging technologies
- Familiarity with the fashion industry and luxury retail sector valued
- Prior internship experience in luxury fashion or fashion technology a plus

Entry-level; no professional experience required. Candidates should demonstrate strong intellectual curiosity, a proactive mindset, and adaptability to changing project priorities and business needs. First-hand exposure to luxury fashion or technology environments is advantageous but not mandatory.
Education
Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) or higher in Engineering, Information Technology, Project Management, Information Systems, or closely related field. Students currently enrolled in engineering school programmes are encouraged to apply.
