Givenchy apprenticeship: IT Project Assistant – Master Data in Paris 8e. Support PLM, PIM, DAM tools and digital transformation initiatives in luxury fashion.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide first-level user support and troubleshooting for PIM (Akeneo) and DAM (Bynder) platforms
- Monitor data flows and system performance to ensure integrity and efficiency of information feeding e-commerce platforms
- Actively participate in the implementation of PLM modules (Centric) and assist the PLM manager with operational tasks
- Contribute to projects aimed at improving product data flows to web platforms, partner systems, and downstream channels
- Support the deployment of data control tools, including AI-enabled solutions
- Develop expertise in PIM and DAM tools and contribute to the creation of user training documentation
- Support communication and adoption teams in optimizing digital asset management practices
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an engineering school or holding a Bac +3/5 in IT Management, Computer Science, Project Management, or related discipline
- Fluent English (mandatory)
- Strong written and oral communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts clearly
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams
- Strong appetite for information systems with capacity to learn software platforms rapidly
- Understanding of data flows and emerging technologies, particularly AI
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 suite (especially Teams)
- Preference for candidates with prior internship experience in luxury or fashion sectors

Apprenticeship-level entry. No prior professional experience required; internship background in luxury or fashion sectors is advantageous. Strong learning capability and curiosity about digital systems essential.
Education
Engineering school student or Bachelor's degree +3/5 years (Bac +3/5) in IT Management, Computer Science, Project Management, or equivalent discipline.
