Givenchy, Paris 8e: IT Finance Project Coordinator apprenticeship (1–2 years) starting September 2026. SAP S/4HANA migration opportunity.
Role & Responsibilities
- Collect and analyse business requirements from Finance and support function teams (Accounting, Credit Management, Treasury, Budgeting, Management Accounting, HR/Payroll)
- Draft functional specifications for IT Finance applications
- Support solution configuration and conduct unit testing
- Organise and facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) sessions
- Coordinate production implementation and provide go-live support
- Participate in scoping and design workshops for the SAP S/4HANA migration project
- Track development progress and prepare test plans for the migration initiative
- Document functional requirements and support end-users during system transitions
- Support change management activities across Finance and HR teams
- Liaise between IT technical teams and Finance business stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) minimum or equivalent qualification
- Currently enrolled in a school of commerce, engineering programme, or equivalent university formation
- Specialisation in Finance or related discipline
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Fluent English (mandatory)
- Demonstrated organizational skills and strong interpersonal abilities
- Proactive and self-reliant work approach

Entry-level. The role is designed for candidates with no professional experience in IT Finance, though exposure to Finance processes or IT systems through academic coursework is valued.
Education
