Givenchy seeks an IT Finance Project Assistant (apprenticeship) in Paris 8th arrondissement starting Sept 2026. Apprenticeship (1–2 years).

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Finance IT Domain Lead in end-to-end project delivery across Finance and Support Functions (Accounting, Credit Management, Treasury, Budgeting, Controlling, HR/Payroll).
  • Gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into clear functional specifications.
  • Configure solutions, execute unit tests and prepare test plans.
  • Organise and facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and coordinate go‑live activities including hyper-care support.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and tools within the Finance perimeter.
  • Participate in the SAP S/4HANA migration: attend scoping and design workshops, track developments, prepare and execute tests, support change management, and produce functional documentation and user support materials.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bac+3 or higher programme (Business School, Engineering School or equivalent) with a specialization in Finance.
  • Strong organisational skills, autonomy, proactivity and good interpersonal communication.
  • Fluent English (mandatory) to operate in an international environment.
  • Sensitivity to IT tools and processes; knowledge of SAP is a plus.
