Givenchy hiring Internal Control and Compliance Specialist in Paris. Full-time CDI role in Mode & Maroquinerie, hybrid working.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and revise internal control procedures; monitor adherence across retail operations and business units
  • Support operational teams in procedure implementation and operational risk management; conduct periodic compliance testing and annual internal control assessments (ERICA)
  • Analyze exception reports to identify and investigate anomalies; create data-driven KPIs and dashboards for internal control monitoring
  • Execute periodic boutique audits across EMEA; provide operational support for ongoing compliance-related projects
  • Establish continuous monitoring of subsidiary risks including parallel markets, regulatory exposure (Sapin II, anti-money laundering, duty of care), and market surveillance
  • Perform third-party due diligence, screening, and KYC procedures in accordance with anti-corruption and anti-money laundering regulations
  • Conduct data analysis and internal investigations; prepare compliance reporting and ethics committee materials
  • Develop and deliver awareness materials on internal control, ethics, and compliance topics; manage annual conflicts of interest and gifts & donations registers

Qualifications

  • University degree, business school diploma, or engineering degree
  • Prior experience in audit, internal control, or audit firm practice (preferred for entry-level candidates)
  • Demonstrated analytical and synthesis capabilities with meticulous attention to detail and organizational discipline
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and VBA; familiarity with CEGID and SAP systems appreciated
  • Familiarity with data analytics platforms (Qlik, Power BI) a strong advantage
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills; demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with diverse operational partners
  • Project management aptitude and proven capacity for autonomous, proactive decision-making
