Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure the quality standards of women's ready-to-wear collections and uniforms through standardization, grading, material development, and garment production.
- Collaborate with the Creative Studio, Development, Production, and Finance departments.
- Manage a team of four individuals.
- Guarantee the fit and aesthetics of collections in production.
- Provide technical support during collection fittings conducted by the Creative Studio.
- Oversee the industrialization process, including planning and managing fittings and validation schedules for Pre-Production Samples and Prototypes.
- Ensure adherence to garment size grading rules.
- Conduct and validate strategic and technical product alternatives with Style and Development teams.
- Oversee quality control of production at external providers and manufacturers.
- Resolve disputes regarding finished products.
- Participate in sourcing new manufacturers and validate their quality standards.
- Provide technical support to production teams.
- Validate invoices from service providers.
- Implement reporting and quality management tools.
- Lead and manage the team, providing guidance, support, and setting objectives.
- Generate quality activity dashboards.
- Participate in manufacturer evaluations at the end of each season and propose improvement plans.
- Frequent travel to Italy.
Qualifications
- 10 to 15 years of experience in a similar role within the high-end women's ready-to-wear sector.
- Familiarity with the fast-paced nature and constraints of fashion collections.
- Extensive experience with Italian manufacturing networks.
- Highly organized, adaptable, and flexible.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluency in Italian is essential; proficiency in English is an advantage.

A minimum of 10 to 15 years in a similar position within the high-end women's ready-to-wear fashion industry.
