Givenchy seeks an Industrial Risk & Audit Coordinator in Bagno a Ripoli, Italy to manage supplier audits, risk assessments and duty-of-vigilance compliance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive due diligence and risk assessments for prospective production suppliers, verifying financial health, operational capacity and ethical practices.
- Validate supplier compliance with Givenchy/LVMH codes of conduct, international labour standards and relevant certifications; prepare onboarding reports with risk-based recommendations.
- Coordinate and, where appropriate, lead internal and external supplier audits and field visits, focusing on social/labour practices, subcontracting and corrective action follow-up.
- Build, monitor and verify corrective action plans (CAPs), ensuring documented closure of non-conformities and maintaining up-to-date due diligence records for each supplier.
- Lead supplier mapping campaigns and maintain traceability across Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers; ensure data consistency in supplier qualification databases and group tools.
- Prepare and deliver monthly and quarterly reports, maintain live dashboards of audit progress and KPIs, and ensure data reliability across Excel, Power BI and Group platforms.
- Coordinate Duty of Vigilance Committees and liaise with internal stakeholders (BU, Legal, Purchasing, CSR, Compliance) and LVMH Duty of Vigilance teams to escalate alerts and align remediation actions.
- Develop and execute audit plans aligned with HQ and Group priorities, contribute to process improvements and provide governance onboarding in collaboration with the Supervisory Body (Organismo di Vigilanza).
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or equivalent, preferably in economics or engineering.
- 5–7 years’ experience in supplier audits and compliance within the textile/garment value chain, ideally in luxury or high-end ready-to-wear.
- Deep knowledge of ESG compliance risks in external production, audit and risk assessment methodologies, and familiarity with Italian Law 231/01 and emerging Duty of Vigilance legislation.
- Strong command of social documentation analysis (payroll, working hours, attendance); knowledge of Italian labour regulations is appreciated.
- Excellent analytical and synthesis skills, rigorous follow-up discipline and strong organisational capabilities.
- Proven communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work across functions and challenge suppliers tactfully; demonstrated leadership in cross-functional contexts.
- Willingness to travel regularly to supplier sites in Italy (up to 50%).
