Givenchy seeks an Industrial Risk & Audit Coordinator in Bagno a Ripoli, Italy to manage supplier audits, Duty of Vigilance and traceability for the Industrial department.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead supplier onboarding due diligence and risk assessments, including financial, operational and ethical vetting; prepare onboarding reports with recommendations for Business Teams.
  • Coordinate and manage external and internal production supplier audits and on-site factory visits focused on social/labour practices, subcontracting and quality controls.
  • Build, monitor and verify closure of Corrective Action Plans (CAP) with documented evidence; maintain complete due diligence records for each supplier.
  • Drive supplier mapping and traceability campaigns at each collection launch; ensure data integrity across supplier qualification databases and Group systems.
  • Coordinate Duty of Vigilance governance: convene Maison-level committees, liaise with Legal, Purchasing, CSR and Group Duty of Vigilance teams, and escalate shared-supplier alerts.
  • Maintain reporting and KPIs: update tracking files, live dashboards and produce monthly/quarterly reports for internal stakeholders and the Industrial Risk Management Board.
  • Develop and execute audit plans in line with HQ and Group methodologies; identify process improvements and provide governance onboarding to staff and to the Organismo di Vigilanza.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree or equivalent, preferably in economics or engineering.
  • Minimum 5–7 years' experience in supplier audits and compliance within the textile/garment value chain; experience in luxury or high-end ready-to-wear preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of external production ESG risks, audit and risk assessment methodologies, and Corrective Action Plan management.
  • Familiarity with Italian law 231/01 and emerging Duty of Vigilance legislation.
  • Fluency in Italian and proficiency in English or French.
  • Proven ability to engage with cross‑functional stakeholders and external suppliers; strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel regularly to supplier sites in Italy (up to 50%).

Experience
