Role & Responsibilities
- Support global supplier onboarding and ensure required documentation and compliance prerequisites are collected and validated.
- Administer supplier documentation: collect, process, update and make records available to relevant teams.
- Map the supplier base across Ready-to-Wear and Accessories categories to clarify structure and integration within operations.
- Assist in planning, coordinating and following up on industrial audits to ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulations.
- Prepare audit summaries, management presentations and concise reports of findings for department leadership.
- Maintain and update audit data, monitor corrective-action plans and track implementation timelines to closure.
- Act as a point of contact for suppliers, responding to audit and compliance queries and clarifying corrective actions.
- Draft and dispatch corrective-action plans to suppliers, ensuring clarity and mutual understanding of required improvements.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Italian and English (spoken and written) is required.
- Current enrolment in a Master’s program in Management, Supply Chain, Finance or a related discipline.
- Mandatory internship agreement (convention de stage).
- Excellent proficiency in Excel; familiarity with Power BI is an advantage.
- Strong organisational aptitude, meticulous attention to detail and proactive approach to tasks.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with internal teams and external suppliers.

Entry-level: suitable for a student or recent graduate. Prior exposure to supply chain, supplier management, quality or audit functions is advantageous but not required.
Education
Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Management, Supply Chain, Finance or a related field. Internship agreement (convention de stage) is obligatory.
