Givenchy — Image Production Assistant (Intern) in Paris 8ème; 6-month internship supporting photography and video production for collections.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist the Communications team on full image production cycles for men’s and women’s collections and campaigns.
- Coordinate and help organise photo and video shoots (lookbooks, campaigns, digital content), including logistics and on-set support.
- Manage collection preparation for shoots: tracking, return, and condition of products to be photographed.
- Source locations, talents and external suppliers; obtain quotes and place orders with vendors and service providers.
- Prepare and manage administrative and legal documentation for external partners (suppliers, agencies, models).
- Create iconographic research and moodboards to support creative briefs.
- Maintain and update production guidelines and documentation.
- Conduct competitive benchmarking and market monitoring to inform creative direction.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a recognised degree programme (business school, communications school or equivalent).
- Convention de stage (internship agreement) required and stage must be part of an accredited diploma.
- Fluent English.
- Demonstrable interest in fashion; sensitivity to visual storytelling and aesthetics.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, proactivity and ability to work collaboratively under pressure.

Experience
Open to candidates with limited professional experience; prior internship or coursework in communications, project management or image production is advantageous.
Education
Currently enrolled in a recognised higher-education programme (Business school, Communication school or equivalent).
