Givenchy is hiring an HR Manager in Scandicci, Italy — lead HR operations, payroll, recruitment and compliance for Givenchy Italy.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee full HR administration for Italian employees including contract preparation, HR documentation management and compliance with Italian labour law in collaboration with external labour consultants and legal counsel.
  • Manage payroll-related activities, insurance and welfare programmes with external consultants and ensure accuracy of HR records (LVMH System, Presence Attendance system).
  • Act as HR Business Partner to line managers, providing operational advice on people management, disciplinary matters and organisational changes.
  • Lead recruitment and onboarding for Italy, promoting internal mobility across the LVMH Group and ensuring a structured induction experience for new hires.
  • Implement and coordinate LVMH performance review, talent review and compensation processes locally in partnership with Compensation & Benefits in Paris.
  • Drive talent development initiatives and act as Givenchy’s ambassador for the Career Compass LVMH programme; support succession planning and local learning activities.
  • Manage legal and disciplinary cases in collaboration with external lawyers; liaise with the Organismo di Vigilanza 231 for procedure compliance.
  • Oversee health & safety activities including coordination with RSPP and company doctor, mandatory safety meetings, evacuation tests and work-related stress analysis.
  • Monitor headcount and salary mass in line with HQ requirements and support budget controlling in coordination with Finance and C&B; approve purchase orders within budgetary limits.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, including Business Partner responsibilities in a multi-site environment.
  • Proven operational HR experience in an industrial/production or multi-site commercial context and familiarity with the local industrial ecosystem.
  • Strong knowledge of Italian labour law and demonstrated experience managing disciplinary procedures and organisational changes.
  • Solid understanding of performance management, compensation cycles and talent processes.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Humanities or related field; Master’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent is a plus.
  • Coaching and people-development skills, strong analytical aptitude and comfort with numerical reporting.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.

Experience

At least 10 years of HR experience with a minimum several years in a Business Partner or managerial HR role, ideally in multi-site and industrial/production environments. Demonstrated track record handling end-to-end HR operations, disciplinary matters and talent programmes.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Humanities or related field; Master’s in Human Resources or equivalent is desirable.
