Givenchy in Paris seeks an HR Controlling and Compensation & Benefits Manager to oversee payroll reporting, headcount budgeting and C&B for 900 employees.

Role & Responsibilities
- Define, produce and monitor salary mass and headcount budgets and revisions (R1, R2, Budget) aligned with corporate policy.
- Coordinate assumptions and data alignment with HR and Finance stakeholders in France and across regions.
- Analyse variances versus budget/forecast, propose revisions and implement actions according to the budget calendar.
- Prepare concise summary documents and presentations for the HR Leadership (Givenchy and Fashion Group) and Finance Directorate.
- Deliver monthly and annual internal and Group reporting related to payroll, headcount and HR indicators.
- Lead the annual salary review process and the distribution of bonuses/variable pay.
- Respond to ad hoc analytical requests and produce targeted studies to support decision-making.
- Contribute to HRIS/SIRH projects, including data integration, reporting improvements and process optimisation.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years' experience in social management control, HR controlling or HR analytics.
- Proven ability to produce and present management reporting to HR and Finance stakeholders.
- High level of rigor, autonomy, discretion and synthesis; strong attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work across international teams.
- Fluent English (spoken and written).

Experience
Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in HR controlling, social management control or HR analytics, preferably with exposure to multinational operations and collaboration with Finance functions.
Education
Master's degree or equivalent in Finance, Human Resources, Economics, Business Administration or a related discipline preferred.
