Givenchy Paris: Six-month HR Assistant internship supporting recruitment, onboarding, and strategic projects at the Alma Marceau headquarters.
Role & Responsibilities
- Define recruitment needs and draft job offers in collaboration with managers; distribute vacancy announcements across channels
- Manage candidate applications, conduct interviews, and coordinate hiring processes through to employment confirmation
- Handle administrative follow-up including employment agreements and official documentation
- Monitor and support interns and apprentices throughout their placements
- Coordinate new employee onboarding processes in liaison with Payroll and Personnel Administration
- Participate in HR induction sessions and orientation activities
- Contribute to HR-led projects in areas such as internal communications, events, learning & development, and social initiatives
- Manage interim staffing for headquarters teams and execute additional administrative HR functions
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a higher education diploma with Human Resources specialization
- Demonstrated first HR work experience
- Fluency in both French and English
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
