Givenchy Paris: 6-month HR internship supporting recruitment, onboarding, and strategic projects for the fashion house headquarters.
Role & Responsibilities
- Define staffing needs and draft job descriptions in partnership with managers; distribute vacancy announcements across channels
- Manage candidate applications and conduct interviews through to hire, in coordination with managers and HR leads
- Handle administrative procedures including employment contracts, internship conventions, and regulatory documentation
- Track and support onboarding processes for new starters in liaison with Payroll and Personnel Administration
- Facilitate HR induction sessions and orientation activities for new employees
- Contribute to HR-led projects on topics such as internal communications, events, learning & development, and employee engagement initiatives
- Manage interim staffing processes for headquarters teams
- Support general HR administrative functions as assigned
Qualifications
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources or related field
- Fluent in both French and English
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with exceptional discretion
- Proactive, agile, and service-oriented mindset
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural, fast-paced environment
Skills
Experience
Entry-level HR experience or demonstrated aptitude for HR practices is preferred; however, highly motivated candidates with strong academic training in HR and a proven interest in luxury and fashion sectors are encouraged to apply.
Education
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline, with specialization in HR practices. Enrollment in a program or recent completion must include a mandatory internship agreement recognized by French educational authorities.
