Givenchy HR Intern Assistant, Paris — six-month generalist internship in recruitment, onboarding, and HR projects at luxury fashion headquarters.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Define recruitment needs and draft job offers with line managers; disseminate vacancy announcements
  • Manage candidate applications, conduct recruitment interviews through hiring completion, and coordinate with managers and HR leaders
  • Execute administrative recruitment follow-ups including regulatory documentation (Cerfa forms, internship agreements, and contracts)
  • Monitor and support interns and apprentices throughout their placements
  • Oversee administrative onboarding processes for new hires in coordination with Payroll and Personnel Administration
  • Facilitate HR induction session animations for new employees
  • Contribute to HR projects aligned with career development objectives, including internal communications, events, learning and development, and social initiatives
  • Manage interim staffing administration for headquarter teams
  • Support miscellaneous administrative HR functions

Qualifications

  • Currently completing a university degree with specialization in Human Resources
  • Prior recruitment or HR experience preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong discretion
  • Demonstrated commitment to service, agility, and proactivity
  • Creative, dynamic mindset with continuous improvement orientation
  • Fluency in both English and French
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
