Role & Responsibilities
- Support global product assortment management and ensure e‑merchandising guidelines are applied consistently across regional websites.
- Perform quality checks on product imagery, translations, pricing and stock availability to maintain the standard of Givenchy.com.
- Maintain and update e‑commerce tracking and monitoring documents for the online assortment.
- Coordinate site animation plans with CRM, Communications and regional teams and assist in their execution.
- Log and escalate site defects and requests through the Jira project management tool.
- Conduct competitor benchmarking and consolidate findings to identify consumer needs and commercial opportunities.
- Contribute to e‑merchandising project workstreams and propose improvements to internal processes.
Qualifications
- Enrolment in a Bac+4/5 programme (business school or university) with a specialisation in e‑commerce or digital business; internship must be part of an accredited academic curriculum (convention de stage).
- Available for a six‑month internship beginning July 2026, based at Givenchy HQ (Paris 8, Alma‑Marceau).
- Prior internship or work experience in e‑commerce or product merchandising is preferred.
- Excellent organisational skills, capacity to manage multiple priorities and meticulous attention to detail.
- Fluency in French and English.
- Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with Jira.
