Givenchy seeks an Executive Assistant to the CFO in Paris. Support luxury fashion leadership with calendar management, travel coordination, and CONCUR administration.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage the CFO's complex calendar, email communications, and prioritization of competing demands with strong anticipation and responsiveness
- Coordinate and prepare board and departmental meetings, gather essential documentation, and orchestrate Finance department presentation materials
- Arrange executive travel, manage expense reporting, and coordinate with AMEX and LVMH travel agencies
- Serve as workplace liaison for the Finance department, including procurement coordination, supply ordering, and general services
- Oversee purchase order creation and tracking for recurring operational costs such as office leases and group management fees
- Administer CONCUR expense management platform accounts, provide user training, and coordinate with SAP technical and commercial support teams
- Support Finance department teams with daily operational needs and coordinate annual CONCUR contract reviews and process improvements
- Maintain strict confidentiality and facilitate communication across the Finance team, CEO office, and all executive departments
- Provide biweekly HR support, including interim staffing coordination and administrative follow-up on temporary personnel records
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a similar executive assistant or administrative coordinator role
- Proven experience in the fashion, luxury goods, or high-end retail sector preferred
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrated expertise in CONCUR expense management system or equivalent travel and expense platforms
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both French and English
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong professional partnerships across diverse departments and organizational levels
- High degree of discretion and respect for confidential information
- Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving orientation and comfort with evolving business environments
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in an executive assistant, administrative coordinator, or similar senior-level support role. Experience within the fashion, luxury, or premium retail sectors is strongly preferred.
Education
Secondary education (Baccalauréat or equivalent) required; post-secondary qualification in business administration, office management, or hospitality administration is preferred.
