Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage the calendar and schedule all meetings for the Managing Director, ensuring efficient workflow and timely follow-ups.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries and budget tracking.
  • Assist with travel and expense tracking for the Managing Director's direct reports.
  • Develop and maintain a network of hospitality contacts to secure preferred rates and reservations.
  • Prepare agendas and materials for weekly leadership meetings.
  • Support executives during visits with detailed itineraries and assistance as needed.
  • Create and maintain PowerPoint presentations for executive meetings and business updates.
  • Serve as the primary contact for office management, including IT support and supply orders.
  • Organize corporate events, including venue sourcing, agenda creation, and budget management.
  • Collaborate with real estate and finance teams to prepare presentations for market evolution projects.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • 2-3 years of corporate work experience demonstrating efficiency and resourcefulness.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
  • Excellent organizational skills and confidentiality maintenance.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with local and global teams.

Skills

Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Outlook. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong problem-solving skills and resourcefulness.

Experience

2-3 years of corporate work experience with a proven track record of efficiency and resourcefulness.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
