Givenchy — Event Production Intern in Paris 8th. 6-month full-time internship starting July 2026 with the Events team.

Role & Responsibilities
- Assist the Events team in the coordination and organisation of Maison events in France and internationally, including runway shows and press days.
- Participate in on-site event delivery and pre-event planning activities.
- Develop internal communication materials and support production assets for runway shows.
- Source and evaluate venues for events, managing location research and proposals.
- Conduct image research and assemble moodboards to inform creative direction.
- Request quotes, place orders and liaise with external suppliers and vendors for shows and local events.
- Prepare and track legal and administrative documentation for suppliers and modelling agencies.
- Maintain and update event guidelines and operational procedures.
- Produce benchmarks on best practices, innovations and strategic partners within the events landscape.
- Manage inventory and stock related to events; coordinate logistics, invoicing and shipments to zones and charitable partners, including carrier liaison and parcel tracking.
Qualifications
- Student currently enrolled in a business school, communications school or equivalent degree programme (internship must be part of an accredited curriculum — convention de stage obligatoire).
- First practical experience in events or project management (internship or similar) is required.
- Fluent English (Anglais courant).
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, autonomy and the ability to work collaboratively under pressure.
- Proactive mindset with adaptability, resilience and strong initiative.
