Role & Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update the product catalogue on e‑commerce sites for the EMEA region, ensuring accurate descriptions, visuals, pricing and consistent brand presentation.
  • Support new product launches online, coordinating content publication and ensuring optimal user experience.
  • Contribute to trade marketing initiatives: assist with planning, briefs, content creation and performance follow‑up to ensure alignment with the Maison’s storytelling.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (CRM, customer service, operations) to orchestrate digital activities, newsletters, partner briefs and commercial operations.
  • Monitor digital KPIs; produce weekly and monthly performance reports and propose optimisation levers to improve conversion and campaign efficiency.
  • Assist in e‑commerce project planning, participate in QA/testing during feature deployments and support cross‑functional project workflows.
  • Support 360° coordination between teams to ensure coherent execution of online campaigns and merchandising.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a business school or equivalent university programme (internship agreement/convention de stage required).
  • Available full‑time for a six‑month internship beginning July 2026, based in Paris (8th arrondissement).
  • Strong understanding of digital commerce concepts and eagerness to apply them to commercial objectives.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to work with data and produce actionable insights.
  • Proactive, solution‑oriented, well‑organised and able to manage multiple priorities with rigour.
  • Fluent English required; proficiency in French is a strong advantage.
