Givenchy Paris internship: E-Merchandising Assistant, hybrid, alternating 4 days/1 day, starting Sept 2026, min. 12 months.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage product offerings and ensure proper implementation of e-merchandising guidelines on all websites in collaboration with regional teams
- Conduct quality control audits on product imagery, translations, pricing, and product availability to maintain excellence on Givenchy.com
- Maintain and update e-commerce product tracking documentation
- Participate in and monitor site animation planning and execution with CRM, Communications, and regional teams
- Log bugs and feature requests in Jira project management tool
- Perform competitive analysis and consolidate findings to identify consumer needs and market development opportunities
- Support e-merchandising site development projects
- Propose process improvements to optimize internal workflows
Qualifications
- Prior experience in e-commerce, ideally in a similar assistant or coordinator role
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Fluent in both English and French
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities

Experience
Entry-level with a preference for candidates who have completed at least one internship or apprenticeship in e-commerce or digital retail environments.
Education
Currently enrolled in or holder of a degree in Commerce, Digital Marketing, E-Business, Retail Management, or related field (bac+3 or above preferred).
