Givenchy E-Commerce Trading Analyst position in Paris, France. Hybrid role focused on data analysis, reporting, and digital performance optimisation for luxury fashion operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Extract, consolidate, and analyse data from GA4 and Business Intelligence (BI) tools to ensure data reliability and consistency across reporting frameworks
  • Produce and evolve daily, weekly, and monthly dashboards and reports, tracking key e-commerce KPIs including traffic, conversion rates, average order value, and customer behaviour patterns
  • Develop forecasts by channel, activation, and product category to support activity planning and operational steering
  • Transform data into clear, actionable insights to inform commercial decisions and drive prioritisation of strategic initiatives
  • Conduct performance analysis by region, channel, and category to identify improvement opportunities and optimisation potential
  • Perform customer journey analysis to detect friction points and propose concrete recommendations for experience enhancement
  • Prepare performance syntheses for business reviews and executive leadership
  • Collaborate with E-Merchandising, CRM, and Content teams to support the implementation of commercial initiatives
  • Monitor the commercial calendar, product launches, campaigns, and key commercial moments; track deployment effectiveness and measure campaign impact

Qualifications

  • Advanced proficiency in GA4 and Business Intelligence tools with demonstrated expertise in data reporting and visualisation platforms
  • Strong command of Excel for data analysis and financial modelling
  • Proven ability to identify and articulate key performance drivers through rigorous data analysis
  • Structured approach to synthesising complex data sets into clear, business-oriented recommendations
  • Fluent English (essential); French language skills valued
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience
