Givenchy internship: Digital Web Master, Paris 8. Join our Digital Direction for a 6-month e-commerce UX role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage weekly content updates and site animations for givenchy.com, ensuring alignment with the Maison's brand identity and standards
- Optimize and manage the homepage and key website pages to enhance user experience
- Conduct cross-device testing of content updates to guarantee exceptional digital experiences
- Support the deployment of new e-commerce features and platform enhancements
- Perform functional quality assurance testing and manage anomaly tracking with technical teams
- Monitor and ensure consistency and quality of all digital content including visuals, copy, and video assets
- Conduct competitive and sector analysis on digital trends, UX, e-commerce innovation, and artificial intelligence
- Identify best practices within luxury and fashion digital ecosystems
- Contribute to digital product design using Figma
- Support the creation of digital assets and experimentation with AI-driven solutions
- Prepare reports analyzing digital customer experience outcomes
- Collaborate across Communications, E-Merchandising, UX, and IT teams on digital initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Bac+4/5) from a business school or university with specialization in digital, web design, or UX/UI
- Proficiency in Figma design tool (preferred)
- Fluent English language skills
- Strong attention to detail and quality consciousness
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Action-oriented with cooperative team mindset
- Passion for technology, digital design, and user experience
Skills
Experience
Entry-level or recent graduate with foundational knowledge in digital, web design, or user experience design. Prior internship experience in digital or e-commerce environments is advantageous but not required.
