Givenchy (LVMH) seeks Credit Management & Treasury Manager in Chambray-lès-Tours, France. Lead credit operations, receivables, and cash management. Start October 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee credit risk management, including client risk evaluation, receivables review, and collection follow-up in coordination with commercial and customer service teams
- Manage and supervise the Accounts Receivable specialist, ensuring compliance with procedures and timely invoice processing
- Calculate provisions for doubtful debts, validate revenue recognition, and generate key financial reporting
- Collaborate with external partners (Coface, etc.) and internal stakeholders on credit matters and receivables management
- Supervise treasury operations, including cash collection tracking, bank reconciliation validation, and foreign exchange management
- Implement and maintain controls over financial data integrity across systems and oversee key budgetary and group reporting
- Lead process automation initiatives and evaluate emerging technologies (AI) and regulatory developments to enhance operational efficiency
- Support the Accounting Director in finance transformation projects and broader organizational initiatives
Qualifications
- Formation from a Grande École de Commerce or equivalent business qualification
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a similar credit management, treasury, or financial accounting role
- Advanced proficiency in SAP (FI and MM modules)
- Demonstrated expertise in financial automation and optimization of accounting and treasury tools
- Fluent English (written and spoken) for internal and external communication
- Strong organizational skills, self-discipline, and attention to detail
Skills
Experience
Minimum 5 years in a comparable credit management, treasury, or finance control position within a luxury goods, multinational, or manufacturing environment. Experience with accounts receivable management, credit risk evaluation, and cash flow administration is essential.
Education
Grande École de Commerce (Business School) diploma or equivalent qualification.
